CrazyHookups is for adults age 18 and older. Users are responsible for their own posts, communications, interactions, and compliance with applicable law.

Illegal activity, harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, exploitation, and non-consensual content are prohibited. CrazyHookups may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations.

User-Generated Content and Interactive Service

CrazyHookups provides an interactive platform where users create and share their own profiles, posts, listings, communications, and other content. Each user is responsible for the content that user creates, submits, shares, or otherwise makes available through the service, including ensuring that it complies with these Terms, the Community Rules, and applicable law.

CrazyHookups may, but is not required to, review, moderate, restrict, remove, or otherwise act on user-generated content and accounts consistent with applicable law and the site's rules. These moderation choices do not make CrazyHookups the creator or developer of user content.

Federal law, including 47 U.S.C. § 230, may provide protections in certain circumstances for providers or users of interactive computer services regarding third-party content. Nothing in these Terms is intended to state or imply that Section 230 provides blanket immunity, or that it applies in every situation.

The service does not guarantee another user's identity, intentions, accuracy, safety, or behavior. Use reasonable caution when communicating with or meeting others. CrazyHookups provides a platform for users to connect and does not participate in private arrangements between users.
